In the event of inclement weather cancelling your flight, your ticket is fully refundable. Refundable tickets become non-refundable, in the event that you do not show up to your scheduled flight, or cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled flight.
Save and Buy Non-Refundable Tickets at $148 per person:
Non-refundable Ticket value remains valid until redeemed. The amount paid never expires, the promotional value of the non-refundable tickets expire 1 year from purchase date. In the event of inclement weather cancelling your flight, your ticket remains valid and you may reschedule your flight or add the value paid to a wine tour, which is not weather sensitive.
FINE PRINT:
Additional fees apply to promotional tickets for holidays, holiday weekends and for the balloon and wine festival. Additional fee required for weights over 220lbs per person, which requires additional space booked at a discounted rate for safety and comfort due to weight and balance requirements of the aircraft.
